Calling all models!

We're currently looking for models for 3 vintage clothes companies. This will be regular paid work but will require you to complete a TF test shoot first. Male and female, any age considered. all you need to do is email us at lovearts@zobair.co.uk telling us what you're planning your big day to be like, when and where it is and attach a snap of the happy couple

our panel of judges will choose the best and most creative entry and although there can be only one winner, for every entrant that doesn't win there will be a 25% discount on all our wedding packages.

terms and conditions

• the wedding must take place between 1st May 2011 and 1st September 2011
• the wedding can take place in at any venue and can be traditional or a civil partnership
• the wedding must be within the Greater Manchester area or the winner will cover all travel expenses
• only one photographer is available for up to 4 hours. For longer coverage a fee will be levied. Another photographer is available for a fee
• all edited photographs from the day will be provided on CD within a period of 1 month from the day of the wedding
• the winner's must sign and agree to our standard wedding contract and agree for all images to be used in our portfolio

New services New studio

I've been looking for a new studio lately and hope to be setting up in Islington Mill shortly - I'll keep you posted.

In other news, I also got a photo printed in Terrorizer magazine this month! it's a promo photo I did for band Gods of Hellfire.

Experiments with manipulation

Someone showed me the work of Broken Dolls, based in Newcastle and I was amazed at the great results.
So I decided to experiment myself with a little help from a photoshop guru.

I'm pleased with the result but its not something I'd want to do all the time - leave it to the expert at Broken Dolls I think!

Another shoot with a previously used model, Lauren. Using this hooded top was a last minute decision but worked really well.

Not so long ago, I did a shoot with a young local musician for his promo shots. He's since also used the images in a video!



We used a local railway bridge as a location which had some fabulous graffitti and various other urban treats. It was a miserable rainy day so it was nice to be undercover but I'm not sure I'd go there on a dark night by myself!
